C-Suite® is Solenture’s suite of services for corporate executives designed to enhance the perceived value of total compensation and aid in the process of turning total compensation into personal private wealth. Often, the true value of a company’s total compensation offering is not consistent with each executive’s own perception. The individual’s view of value is often shaped by their understanding of the programs, the benefit delivery experience, the advice and views of others and their personal circumstances.

Our services are designed to improve the executive’s perception of value.

Effective communications are a key to increasing understanding. Often executive plans are overlooked as the organization focuses on broad-based programs. The complexity at the top of the organization due to plan design, taxation, plan interaction, governmental limits and more requires clear communication. In addition, most communications on total compensation overlook many key programs that add up to the total wealth potential for executives.

We deliver custom communications tailored to your company and the needs of your executives. Coupled with seminars and the opportunity to meet with a planning professional or advisor who has been educated by us on your programs, C-Suite® can be vital to making the connection between your total compensation and the executive’s personal goals and objectives.

The C-Suite® Executive Office service we provide makes the process of accessing programs, making changes, and getting information easy, by providing a single point of contact for executives.  In most companies today, executives must call a different provider for almost each and every program and, where benefit outsourcing occurs, the exception based world of the executive is mostly overlooked.  Our flexible service is designed to increase the perceived value of total compensation by improving the experience each executive and their dependents have when using those programs.
